  • What is FINDING THE YOU YOU'RE LONGING FOR?

    FINDING YOU is an encouraging and motivating online course that gives you a roadmap for self-discovery to help you experience more clarity, confidence and purpose in your career and life. In this course, I come alongside you through a series of videos and lessons to help you identify and fully realize your unique value, uncover your passions and strengths and better understand how you can have the greatest positive impact moving forward.

  • How much does it cost?

    While this course takes you through the full process I use in my one-on-one, 6-week coaching package (normally $1,200), FINDING YOU is being offered to you for $197. I realize individual coaching is not in the budget for everyone - especially in today's challenging times - and I wanted to provide you with a way to set yourself up for more confidence, clarity and success.

  • When does it start and how much time will it take?

    You are free to start FINDING YOU as soon as you register for it, and you can go through the lessons at your own pace - whether that's all in one weekend or over a period of weeks or months. There are a total of 16 video lessons in this course, along with 10 exercises/worksheets that I guide you through as we go along. The videos range from 2-15 minutes in length and encourage you to pause at certain points to complete the exercises or answer questions in the lesson. I'm a busy woman and I know you are too, so I've created the video lessons in small chunks to make it easy for you to hop in and out of the course in a way that works best for you.

  • How do I watch and complete the course?

    You can complete FINDING YOU from your laptop or desktop and you can also view it on your phone, as the course platform is fully responsive. Feel free to make this course work for you in whatever way you learn best!
